ONLINE RETURNS

Two Skirts merchandise purchased online at full price can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 7 days of the date of receipt.  Items purchased online with a discount of 20% or more off are FINAL SALE and non-returnable

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once merchandise is received.

Returned items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed or are damaged.

All tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, in original condition and without postal labels.

TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please email us at info@twoskirtssf.com to request a return authorization, shipping address and return instructions.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

SALE ITEMS

Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable.

SHIPPING

All packages will ship via UPS.
Ground shipping nationally $20, expedited shipping $50 nationally.
At this time we do not offer International shipping.

Orders placed before 1pm PST are shipped out the same day (Monday-Friday).

Once Two Skirts has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, buyer assumes the risk of loss.

EXCHANGES

Two Skirts does not offer merchandise exchanges.  If you need a different size and or color simply place a second order.  Once we receive your return, we’ll credit/refund your account.
